About Us

The 60,000 square foot Tomlinson South Meridian YMCA facility opened its doors on May 25, 2018, and has been loved by the community ever since. This is the first YMCA in the U.S. to build a facility with so many partners. We share our 22.5 acre campus with St. Luke's Lifestyle Medicine, Meridian Library District, West Ada Schools, and Meridian Parks & Rec. The shared campus serves as a model for communities across the country by combining recreation, education, health, wellness, and literacy in one location.

Located in the growing, vibrant area where South Meridian, Kuna, and southwest Boise meet, it is where we will come together to create an intentional and lasting impact in the areas of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. We are proud to have the only indoor pool in Meridian City, along with our THRIVE Center. THRIVE is designed for children and young adults who are neurodiverse, but all are welcome!
