Job Requirements and Responsibilities
This individual is required to be a sales and customer service/hospitality professional who loves working with clients and growing business relationships: they can work independently with little supervision but have a strong commitment to the team and our company vision: success for our clients. They also have a penchant for administrative detail and a strong work ethic. They are responsible for closing new sales opportunities, growing existing client revenue, seeking out new leads/prospects and retaining clients. This person must understand a growing business environment and be willing to wear many different hats to get the job done.
The Sales/Customer Service/Hospitality Professional is responsible for the overall financial performance of the location as follows:
- Vibrant, professional, and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
- Impeccable lead follow up and focus on the sales funnel
- Ability to close sales
- Setting proactive strategies to meet/exceed location goals
- Reporting sales, goal progress and location performance accurately and in a timely manner
- Pursuing opportunities for new business, actively seeking referrals, and growing existing client revenue.
- Networking and establishing relationships with potential new clients
- providing success stories and client updates to marketing team for publishing on the OE website and through social media
- Updating CRM computer software regarding sales for your location
- Ability to present product/services with knowledge and confidence
Client Relations
You will provide a high level of customer service to our clients while fostering a professional business-networking environment by:
- Greeting clients and their guests in a professional manner and by name when possible
- Scheduling client meeting room requests
- Developing a good understanding of the clients' business in order to provide a high level of service
- Making new client introductions within the location
- Matching prospective client needs with our services
- Troubleshooting tech issues for clients with the help of our tech support staff
Site and Administrative Responsibilities
- You will provide prospective clients with information about our facilities and virtual office services, and be responsible for leasing space to our clients
- Give office/location tours and show available offices and conference rooms to prospective clients
- Complete client sign-up process for all spaces and virtual office services
Location Management and Maintenance
Sales/Customer Service/Hospitality Professionals are proud of their location and keep it very clean, always maintaining a professional appearance in all areas of their facility and must always be 100% business ready.
Additional Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Must be comfortable and have fluency using Apple computer products and have the ability to learn and use many different software platforms: Yardi Kube, HubSpot, Teams
- 2 years (minimum) experience in customer service/sales, office leasing or executive/sales administration roles required
- Ability to interface with many different client types in a busy front office setting, while juggling multiple priorities
- Must have a professional appearance and attitude, and ability to work independently with little supervision

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
