Confidence starts here! ?? Girls in grades K–12 are invited to a FREE self-defense class designed to teach practical safety skills in a fun, supportive environment. Participants will learn age-appropriate techniques, build confidence, and practice awareness skills that help them feel strong and prepared. No experience needed—just come ready to learn, move, and grow.
?? What to wear: Comfortable sweats or yoga pants and a T-shirt
?? Important: Parents will be asked to sign waivers upon arrival
